Inspired by Homage on Smith St. in Brooklyn:
Put 1 C of liquid in a blender. This can be any combination of yogurt, kefir, milk, soy milk. Add half a banana, preferably frozen. Add 1/2 C frozen blueberries, 1/4 C oatmeal (uncooked rolled oats), and a dash of cinnamon. Puree until smooth. Makes about 16 oz.
